Rebekah, a native Houstonian, has always had a passion for fitness, but it wasn't until college that she fell in love with yoga. While pursuing a finance degree at LSU, Rebekah became certified and taught classes at a local yoga studio. After graduating and working in the corporate world for a few years, she decided it was time to combine her business acumen and love of fitness to open Southern Flow.
Andi Strange Minett

Andi has always incorporated exercise and healthy living into her daily life. However, after her children were born, she became even more aware of what a good workout could do for her physical, and even more so, mental, well-being. Andi is extremely passionate about helping people of all ages (especially fellow Moms) fall in love with exercise and realize the positive impact it can have on both themselves and those around them.
VP of Programs and Operations
Certified yoga instructor, Jordan Walker, manages Southern Flow Yoga alongside the company's co-founders, Andi and Rebekah. Jordan joins the So-Flow team with a background In education and retail management. She has always been extremely passionate about making an impact on her community and is excited to continue doing so through her efforts at Southern Flow. Her focus is on curating a second-to-none experience for each one of the studio’s members. Her love for anatomy and sequencing, coupled with her fondness for a kick-butt workout, will give you the energy needed to conquer the day!
Born and raised in Northern Minnesota, Nicole was brought to Houston by her professional dance career. She has been dancing since the age of two, professionally dancing for over 7 years, and spent 3 of those years dancing for the NBA. Nicole is 200hr YTT Certified, and has been teaching all styles of Yoga for over 2 years. Nicole’s style is all about good vibes, girl power, and self-love. Come check out her class for a fun, upbeat way to get your sweat on!
Crystal joins the So-Flow team with a background in health and fitness as a Personal Trainer for over 10 years. She was introduced to yoga while rehabbing an injury and once she realized how beneficial yoga was for herself, she never looked back. Crystal began teaching yoga in 2014. She is passionate about empowering others and showing them just how good their bodies are made to feel. Her background in exercise science combined with her love for all inclusive fitness through combining strength training with mobility and stretching will have you leaving class feeling lengthened and strong.
Certified personal trainer, Gracie Oliver, comes from a HIIT and reformer Pilates background. She has a passion for fitness and movement and is excited to bring her athletic style into Southern Sculpt. Gracie’s attention to detail, energy and willingness to always challenge her students and also adjust for modifications will ensure you find that So Flow burn every time!
Jenna discovered her love and appreciation for yoga during her time spent studying at UT Austin, and pursued power yoga teacher training shortly after graduating. Connecting with the community and learning from one another is very important to her, and she hopes to be a light for Southern Flow! Her yoga practice has brought self-love, positivity and exploration into her everyday life on and off of the mat, and hopes to encourage everyone how beneficial (and fun!) it can be to play with your edge and stay wondrous.
Nina developed her love of Pilates and hot yoga while training as a professional dancer with Colorado Ballet. She continued to train in the Stott Pilates method through college and while getting her law degree at the University of San Diego. After receiving her certification, she started teaching when she moved to Houston in May 2018. Nina works for Kiewit Energy Group as a legal consultant for OGC projects in the Gulf Coast. Her classes combine Pilates and yoga conditioning with some cardio sprinkled in for that signature burn.

Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, Renee moved to Houston for better work opportunities in the veterinary industry. In her free times she is impassioned by her yoga practice, artwork, and a house full of pets.

Sydney was born and raised in Hammond, La. Sydney attended LSU and graduated with a degree in petroleum engineering. Upon moving to Houston for her job, she heard about Southern Flow Yoga and was so excited about everything So Flow embodied. Sydney decided she wanted to be a part of the journey!
